For our general terms and conditions that apply, we would like to refer you to the Uniform Hospitality Conditions of Koninklijke Horeca Nederland.

Cancellation - conditions

Spend the night (individual booking)

• Less than 48 hours before the arrival date: Price 1st Night
• More than 48 hours before the arrival date: free of charge

Special conditions (Groups*)

• Between 0 and 7 days: 100%
• More than 7 days: 85%
• More than 14 days: 60%
• More than a month: 35%

(*) Groups: Any booking of 4 rooms or more and/or a meeting package.

In the event of a no-show, the customer is in all cases obliged to pay the reservation value.
